Meet Jill Bittner

With a career rooted in service, heart, and connection, Jill has always believed real estate is about people — not properties. She is the Broker and proud owner of Tukee Homes Realty, a boutique company built entirely on relationships— not transactions, where clients become family, and every referral is a reflection of the trust and care they build together.

Before finding her calling in real estate, Jill spent her early professional years in leadership roles with purpose-driven organizations — from the University of Florida’s athletic department, where she began her career in marketing, to serving as Executive Director of The Literacy Initiative and later Ronald McDonald House in Columbus, Ohio. These experiences shaped how she leads, listens, and continues to demonstrate a deep level of care in everything she does.

When she relocated to Arizona with her young family, Jill earned her real estate license in 2004 and opened Tukee Homes Realty in 2010. Since then, she has guided countless families through major life transitions — always with heart, clarity, and unwavering commitment.

Outside of real estate, Jill is a passionate animal lover and longtime advocate for rescue work. She spent six years fundraising for Boxer Luv Rescue, and today, she and her sons continue to open their hearts and home to elderly and sick dogs — the ones often overlooked. An integral part of their lives that underscores why compassion matters most.

Jill knows buying or selling a home is one of the most personal decisions one will ever make. That’s why she doesn’t just show homes — Jill shows up for each client and their family and their future.
